Registration and Payment Details

Should you wish to attend the GEOHAB Conference 2026 you are requested to fill in the below registration form.

Kindly note that participation is limited to 150 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Fees until 30 March 2026 noon CET

The below fees include a full program, including workshop, ice breaker, conference dinner and field trip

Student Fee: EUR400 per person 

Students applying for the reduced student fee are kindly requested to provide proof of current student status (e.g., enrollment letter or student ID). Confirmation must be submitted at the time of registration.

Regular Fee: EUR500 per person

Late Payment Fees until 30 April 2026 noon CET

Student Fee: EUR450 per person

Students applying for the reduced student fee are kindly requested to provide proof of current student status (e.g., enrollment letter or student ID). Confirmation must be submitted at the time of registration.

Regular Fee: EUR550 per person

Accompanying person for the ice breaker and conference dinner: EUR 155 per person

Accompanying person for the field trip: EUR70

Payment for accompanying persons will only be available on site at the conference venue.

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 01 March 2026 

50% refund until 15 April 2026, no refund after this date.
